We guarantee all the items will be arranged to ship out within 7 days as long as the payment are confirmed to be received. EMS tracking numbers will be sent by email when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Return policy

* We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods
* Return request should be email to Sales@wedbars.com to explain the return reasons within 7 days of receipt. Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The return shipping fees must be at the expense of the client.
* For any return request motivated by a quality issue, client would be instructed to send pictures of the spotted defects to our customer service officer, as to allow us to validate the fact product is indeed defective. Please email us with a tracking number of your return. Once we receive your return package, we will refund or exchange items for you.
* Please kindly note:
1. Exchanges are only accepted for obviously incorrect products sent.
2. We will never accept returns for personal reasons---change of mind, etc.
Canceling an Order
1. You will not be charged any fees if you cancel you order within 48 hours (Except FOR CUSTOM WIGS).
2. We will charge 50% of your total order fees if you cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 days.
3. Only freight fees will be returned if you cancel your order after 7 days but before the item is shipped.

How long does the delivery take?
Your order will be delivered by Express Courier of your local Postal Service ( US - USPS / Canada - Canada Post / UK - Parcelforce / Australia - auspost / Germany - Deutsche Post ). Due to high volume of orders we receive everyday, please allow 5-8 working days to receive your merchandise.
What can I do if the item has been damaged during shipment?
You need to Contact Us immediately once you found the product had been damaged during shipment. And you will be required to be sent a picture of the damaged goods to us before we send a new one to you.
